Parking for one car per unit

Deposit Requirements and Refund Policy:

1 to 6 days rental: 1 night deposit

7 or more days rental: 2 nights deposit.

Deposits refundable less 25% if motel is notified of cancellation 14 days or more in advance of arrival date. Deposits are applied to the last night of the stay and there are no refund on unused days or no shows. Changes to reservation require minimum 14 days notice and are subject to availability.  Deposits may be transferable to another reservation, booked during the same season and subject to availability, when approved by management. No refunds due to weather or early check-out.  

Balance is due on arrival at check in.   Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex are accepted.  Personal checks are not accepted at check in, but may be sent 14 days prior to arrival for deposit or balance due.

Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless otherwise notified.

Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.

General Policies

We do not allow the riding of scooters, skateboards, roller skates, and bikes on the property.  Bikes are not permitted to be in the rooms. We do have a designated area to lock bikes.  Only soft beach balls are permitted in pool area for the safety of all guests.

State Law requires all persons under the age of 16 to be supervised by a parent or guardian from inside the fenced pool area. There are no exceptions.  The Health Department requires that all children in diapers must wear approved swim diapers.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IN THE ROOMS, IN FRONT OF THE ROOMS, THE POOL, THE SUNDECK, AND THE COFFEE PATIO - A CLEANING FEE OF 200.00 WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU SMOKE OR VAPE IN THE ROOMS

NO CANNABIS SMOKING ON PROPERTY
